We were a bit worried before we arrived as a bad review we had read after we booked gave us cause for concern. On arrival we were greeted by David, the owner, who had our bait ready, explained where the toilets, shower, fridges and freezers and power shed were located for those of us needing to charge batteries etc.
The lake itself was very natural with openings in the trees and shrubs to form swims. It was bubbling with life with a few shows in the VIP swim. We walked around before drawing for swims, and one of our anglers who chose the VIP was soon into some nice fish. A good week had by most in general, it’s a lake to revisit within the next few years. We all agreed to highly recommend giving this lake a visit as we all believe you will not be disappointed. There is a ‘intermarche’ supermarket a 5-minute drive and David is happy to assist if you want fast food deliveries.
