We had an outstanding week at Étang Camalo, where our angler, who came all the way from Romania, managed to catch some incredible fish in the deep waters. Even though most carp were gathered at the far end of the lake preparing for spawning, he still landed some fantastic catches in the depths. He specifically caught a stunning carp over 40 pounds, along with three fish over 45 pounds, reaching up to 50 pounds. He really appreciated the fact that the peg had been reshaped, making it easier to land the fish with the net. The new rock structure and fresh gravel allowed him to keep his gear dry and in a clean, tidy space. He also told us that the accommodation was perfectly set up and fully functional.
