Camalo Lake – 27 June, 2026

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a couple to Camalo for a few unforgettable days. In less than three days, they had an outstanding fishing experience: 15 carp caught, including 4 over 44 lbs, with the largest weighing in at 53 lbs. Among their catches, they also landed a few fish with unique scale patterns that were introduced last winter. They particularly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the site, especially the newly gravelled swim with ideal depth for netting fish even in the heat. The swim’s layout, the accommodation, and all provided services made their experience perfect. Notably, they had no trouble with crayfish: they succeeded using boilies and baby corn.
