First impressions its a lovely venue and very peaceful, owner was helpful with some spots and baiting tactics. Its not a easy place to fish with disturbance kept to a minimum would help. The fish are very wary of your presents. There could be a little more done with the up keep of the place over all but depends on the individual. Fish in order of photos
