Domaine de la Baronne: 16-05-2026 to 23-05-2026

A week of very hard fishing. Only 8 fish out all week between 4 all small fish only two fish of any size 36,38lbs rest all 10lbs and below.
This isn’t to say there aren’t big fish in the lake but we was yet to see them. There is very restricted access to be able to cast so unless you have a bait boat or row out into the lake. You will find it hard.
The lake is beautiful, amenities are very basic, but manageable, the bailiff has some particle and baits to sell at a premium but he was helpful, and acccomodating. Regardless of what your told the lake is full of weed. Finding spots it tough but can be done if you put the work in. Nice place but I think a bit of work needs to be done to make it a top carp fishing venue.
