You could not wish for better hoists Antony and Joelle made us welcome from time we arrived to the day we left.
The accommodation was of a high standard with everything you need.
For those who don’t fish 24//7 you need to go a long way to better Domaine de Puyrégonde north, not a great deal of attractions near by but we booked for a relaxing break, so perfect.
The weather was 30s all week so early morning evening were our call, I fished with my brother which is always eventful. We landed some fine specimens the best being 47lb+ a new pb never mind Bill, spawning interrupted the north lake but the option to fish the middle lake with smaller fish proved fun with a 27lb mirror landed however after 2 days back to north and a couple 30,s one each..
Just a word on the south lake for the more dedicated amongst us carp addicts the boys were landing some really nice specimens a couple over 60lb.
