A week of northerlies and highs of single figures/lows in the minuses meant the fish where only just starting to come out of the winter. Baz had a brace of commons for over 104lb, the biggest being a cracking bar of gold tipping the scales at 63lb. The 51lb 8oz “small” common was a cracker too. Barney did well for a few 30’s but the lads lived the venue, hospitality and the craic and have vowed to return when time allows
