Gav vinny and ian returned last week and after all banking fish on the 1st night it went a bit quite for gav and vinny until.they moved on Tuesday.
Ian was catching consistently all week landing 13 fish from peg 1 and 2 upto 38lb with a lovely leather carp.
Vin moved to 4 which I advised him when he arrived then bagged a brace of 30s then had a lovely little linear that had come through in the lake which he named the vinear. Gav started with a 34lb mirror in 3 then had a few more mid 30s and a couple of mid twentys but the big girls were not coming out. Vinnie managed a pb 39lb .6 oz fish on Thursday that would normally go forty but there all empty now after spawning but theyll soon be packing it back on with the bollies going in. No one on next week then Ashley joins us through dream carp holidays on there 1st trip to foxpool.
The weather is not helping with a 15 degree drop from highs of 35 degrees to high teens and some light rain last week. Low twenty high teenscthis week but next week 30 degrees plus again . Not ideal.
