A decent week for Richard and Aaron who departed last Saturday with over twenty fish out 6 over forty with the biggest 44lb 11 over thirty with 5 over 35lb . Last week we had a few more dch clients on 2 of which fished foxpool over 12 years ago father and son Steve and Rob. Rob was off to a flier with a 38lb mirror from peg 1 within a few hours of arriving. Steve had a blank first 2 days in peg 2 before getting into a few but it pucked up after that landing 3 over 40lb with a brace of forties Thursday night and then a 36lb mirror on Friday morning. Unfortunately Rob got his legs burnt early in the week and it spoilt his week not really fishing yhe last 3 days and only managed 5 fish , he admitted he’d left a few in there. Paul made up the trio booking on late and hoped to beat his pb of 28lb on his first french trip which he did 1dt evening with a 31lb then again with a 48lb fish before smashing it agawith a 47lb fish. He alsonpicked up a few more thirtys and a 56lb catfish. Taking his tally to 9 fish with Steve grabbing 8 fish . 4 fortys out and lots of thirtys including 3 over 35lb.
