Excellent location, peaceful and very tranquil. Plenty to see in area. The Weather was above 30 degrees all week not the best for fishing during day. Me and my lad only fishing late evenings till mid morning. Managed 25 lost 5. Biggest going 35.8
The stamp of fish we had was brillant,5 30s, mostly 20s and a couple of high doubles. They put up a good scrap. My lad beat his on 4 times in the week.
This was a family week with my missis, my parents and inlaws , the house was clean and tidy, outside areas and hot tub was lovely being right next to lake. The new bridge to the island was perfectly done. Made fishing from island the best spot with only 2 of us fishing.
I would definitely recommend this place and would return.
