This is the gold standard that all lake owners should aim for. The accommodation was spotless clean well laid out and had every thing you could possibly want better equipped than my own kitchen. Phil and Jane perfect hosts lovely welcome and very friendly on hand if ever needed, Phil landed several fish for me and took photos. I joked with Phil that we like to give feed back as to how he could improve the facilities and I laughed the only thing that could be better was the latch on the gate to the lake…. This was replace within 48 hours 😂😂😂 now perfect. Phil knew every fish in the lake and you can see his passion whilst no 50lb carp or greater in the lake yet his fish are the best looking fish I have had the pleasure to catch and most looked bigger than the scales showed and they put up a great fight. 2 experience fisherman but not fishing to hard and no nights we caught 30 fish including sturgeon. Very comfortable bed hence why I didn’t start fishing to 9am most days it was a struggle getting out and the best showers we have seen in France. If is had a wife and family this would be the perfect location for a family holiday. I recommend this lake highly best place we have been and we have probably been on 20 plus trips to France well done to Phil & Jane you have nailed this and you hard work over may years providers people with amazing holiday thanks Dave & Steve
