Our official opening was last Saturday and we welcomed Steve, our first UK angler staying for a week. Steve’s trip has come to an end today as he leaves Lac Bundy. Much to Steve’s surprise the first catch on his first evening was our rare black sturgeon tipping the scales at 70 lb. After that a couple of quiet days until a change in the weather on Tuesday and an increase in temperature started the carp moving and feeding. Steve managed multiple catches every day with carp to 51.12 lb.
