We went to Willow Lake France. The hosts Stuart and Maxine are brilliant. Welcomed with beer and wine in the fridge. Quick tour round.
Oh and a few times brought us fresh eggs over from the onsite chickens. 🔥 10/10
The lodge! Wow, well I’ve never seen a more equipped place. Every pot, pan utensil you need. Cleaning supplies, clothes rail. Pellet fire, heated towel rail. WiFi, uk sky, fire stick. Pool table under the dining table. They also had an honesty fridge. Filled with chocolates, cans of pop, capri suns, beer and wine.
Also has a pool, too cold for us! (This time)
Then there’s the lake.
There’s 4 swims. All walkable.
Nets, weigh slings, mats, weigh bar, scales for cat fish all there. Ones still a bit wild which suited Garry, 2 had built up surroundings and Gats was open. They have a boat to use BUT you MUST wear a life jacket and only 2 people on at a time. You’re allowed to use bait boats and Stuart has one you can hire.

Stuart has his own boillies he sells. 2 flavours I want to say. Use his particle and pellet.
